Ashok Selvan and Sarathkumar’s Por Thozhil has emerged as a huge triumph during its opening weekend, with the movie raking in more than 5 crores in the initial 3 days. Por Thozhil commenced with a mere 70 lakhs on Friday, but skyrocketed to 2.1 crores on Saturday, which is three times the collections of the first day.
The film experienced a fantastic Sunday, adding another 2 crores to its already impressive box office numbers. It is anticipated to outshine Ashok Selvan’s previous blockbuster Oh My Kadavule and become his highest-grossing film to date. Por Thozhil is expected to maintain its strong performance and sustain its success until the end of the month, as there are no other major releases until Maamannan hits theaters.
